This site is deliberately quiet. It sets no cookies, runs no advertising or third-party tracking, and asks for nothing. You reach Omar directly, on your terms.

Who is responsible

Off-Plan Athens is the private practice of Omar Noureddin, a property advisor based in Athens, Greece. For any question about your data, write to omar@offplanathens.com or call +30 694 686 1466.

What is collected

Only what you choose to send. If you contact Omar by WhatsApp, email or phone, he receives your message and contact details and any information you share about what you are looking for. There is no form on this site, no account to create, and no mailing list.

Why, and on what basis

Your details are used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you wish to proceed, to take the steps you ask for: sharing the collection, arranging viewings, and making introductions. Under the GDPR this is handled on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to a possible agreement (Art. 6(1)(b)) and of the legitimate interest in replying to a genuine enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who processes it

• Cloudflare — hosts this website and provides privacy- first, cookieless visitor statistics (aggregate counts only; no personal profiles, no cross-site tracking).
• Google Workspace — the email service behindomar@offplanathens.com.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to message on WhatsApp, that conversation is carried and processed by Meta underWhatsApp's own privacy policy. Use email or phone instead if you would rather not.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and needs no cookie banner. Nothing is stored on your device by visiting it.

How long it is kept

Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to help you, or for as long as we are in contact. You can ask to have it deleted at any time.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the information Omar holds about you, or to stop being contacted. Emailomar@offplanathens.com and it will be handled promptly. You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
